We are currently seeking a Key Account Manager for Symetri. In this role, you will belong to a team within Symetri's segment Plant Solutions, which is specifically focused on the process industry and works with process plants, steel industry, paper mills, refineries, chemical industry, and mining industry.

You will have overall responsibility for customer relationships, which includes understanding the customer's needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring a long-term business relationship. You will be responsible for the entire sales process for certain existing customers. At the same time, a large and important part of the job is to establish new contacts and expand the customer base. The role also includes identifying opportunities for additional business, optimizing the customer's use of our solutions, and continuously working to strengthen collaboration with strategic customers.

For example, you will:

  • Follow up on leads and contact both new and existing customers through visits and digital channels.
  • Consult customers regarding service projects, software, and contracts.
  • Maintain and further develop the existing customer base.

The position is located in Sundsvall but for the right candidate with relevant experience, there may be an opportunity to work from other locations.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:
  • Has at least 5 years of work experience in technical sales, construction, or project management within the process industry.
  • Has experience in B2B sales and business development, where you have had contact with decision-makers and key individuals.
  • Has an understanding of business processes and needs within the process/manufacturing industry and/or construction industry.
  • Is used to working towards a budget with ongoing reporting.
  • Has good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.
  • Has good computer skills and a Swedish B driver's license.

It is advantageous if you:

  • Have technical understanding and experience in the process industry.
  • Have experience with Piping Design software and/or ALM / PLM / PDM.
  • Have experience with CRM and business systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics or similar.
  • Have experience selling software solutions to the process industry.
